Enrolment

• Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card or Cheque [payable: Rink Management Group Ltd.], postdated cheques will not be accepted. (please write down the student name and contact number at the back of the cheque)
• A non-refundable administration fee of HK$50 and a recent photo are required for first time enrolment. (Except Walk-in lessons)
• Course fee includes ice usage, coach tuition & one pair of skates rental for student.
• Course fee must be settled at least one working day prior to course commencement.
• To ensure a place for re-enrolment, students are recommended to reserve with payment during the last lesson of their current course.

Course Regulations

• Once a course has commenced, the course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Private Course (not include Private Group) Students are allowed to reschedule lessons within 8 weeks
  valid period. Students must notifyour Skating School at least 24 hours to reschedule a lesson. Otherwise, the lesson can not be rescheduled or cancelled.
• Commencement date of Semi-private and Group Course will be confirmed when the minimum number of students for the course has been met.
• Any missed lessons cannot be rescheduled for Semi-Private or Group Courses.
• Should any students in private courses who wishes to apply for sick leave, must inform the Skating School no less than 24 hours prior to their lesson. The student must present a valid Doctor’s Certificate within one week after the cancellation date. Otherwise the lesson will not be rescheduled.
• Lessons will be cancelled when a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. Students will be notified of the rescheduled lesson afterwards.

Student and Parent Guidelines

• Each student will be issued one student card and maximum of two parent cards.
• Students should check-in at school counter 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
• Students should wear gloves, long-sleeved jacket/ shirt and long pants during the times on ice.
• Students should put their belongings in lockers by using HK$1 coin (refundable).
• Students must return their rented skates to the Skate Counter before exiting.
• Parents are recommended to accompany their children during the lessons at all time in the rink.
• Students must read and comply with the accident disclaimer and skating safety rules and regulations
  before the start of each lesson.

Remarks

• Please read carefully the Enrolment Information and Course Regulations before your enrolment.
• Since accidents may occur during all recreational activities, interested parties should therefore take the above into full consideration before enrolment.
• Personal data collection statement: The personal data will only be used for the purpose to process applications for the stated course(s).
