Mega Ice Club Terms and Conditions

• Mega Ice Club members must be aged 18 or above
• Members can use Mega Ice machine-printed receipts within 14 days from transaction (including the start day and end day) to register for membership and redeem Mega Ice Club bonus points
• Existing Mega Club Members may register for Mega Ice Club membership by Spending of HK$50 or above in Mega Ice with maximum of 2 sets of valid receipts
• Register as a Mega Club membership before joining Mega Ice Club, MegaBox Development Co Ltd reserves the right of final decision
• Every HK$50 spending in Mega Ice can redeem 1 point. A maximum of 2 sets of receipts of the same day can only be used. Members can only redeem at most 5 points each day
• Receipt can be used for once and it cannot been used for Mega Club's redemption and promotion offers afterwards
• Points earned on or before 30 November of each year are valid until 31 December of the same year and will be expired thereafter. Points earned on or after 1 December of each year are valid until 31 December of the following year and will be expired thereafter. Points balance will be reset to zero and unused points will not be carried forward after the expiry date
• Points must be from single membership card when redeeming premiums. Points from different membership cards cannot be used in conjunction with each other
• All records points, redemption and prize collection from the Mega Ice Club system database is the only official and correct version
• All Mega Ice Club offers (including birthday offer, redemption, double fun and Happy Thursday, except gifts redemption) are not valid for date of joining or activating Mega Ice Club and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
• Members can enjoy one free skating entry within their birthday's month. Membership cards must be presented for redemption. The offer is not valid for date of joining or activating Mega Ice Club
• Daily quota applies to all gifts while stock lasts. Each person can only redeem each gift once per day
• Redeemed premiums cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances
• When redeeming gifts, staff of Mega Ice reserves the right to verify cardholders’ identities. Mega Ice Club Application or redemption may be refused if no valid identity card presented
• All information of Mega Ice Club redemption and offers is subject to change without prior notice
• Redeemed gifts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances
• Staff of Rink Management Group Limited and MegaBox Development Co Ltd cannot participate in this promotion
• All related responsibilities and liabilities of provision of premiums and offers that are relevant to this promotion are to be entirely borne by the respective provider
